This department was established on 12/1/2025, when our company held the founding general assembly meeting for the purpose of investing capital in the field of chemical industries.

The decision was approved, and the approval of the Iraqi Ministry of Trade was obtained for the purpose of practicing this precise activity.

After that, a contract was signed with the Swiss company CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY ENERGY MATTI for the purpose of obtaining technical support for the chemical industries sector.

The works are divided into two main parts:

1. Chemical industries equipment, such as the main parts of factories producing chemical materials, spare parts, and manufacturing equipment.
2. Specialized chemical materials, such as mixable raw materials for producing most acids.
